Serving as an executive coach, meeting individually with each group member to provide accountability and support to improve the member’s business performance and personal leadership skills.

February 1, 2014 – April 1, 2016 : President, BurdgeCooper Engraving  – A Division of Taylor Corporation
Responsible for sales and marketing overseeing 14 representatives in 5 cities doing over $16M through 15,000 accounts. Responsible for consolidating three Taylor Companies to create a National Fine Printing and Engraving brand for Taylor Corporation.

July 1, 2010 – January 31, 2014 : Owner / President, BurdgeCooper
Responsible for all business functions with an emphasis in sales and marketing of business identity printed and engraved products to corporations and legal professionals nationwide. Overseeing 120 employees in two states serving 9,000 accounts doing $12M annually.

October 1, 1980 – June 30, 2010 : Owner / President, Burdge, Inc.
Responsible for all departments of this family owned printing and engraving company founded in 1923. employing 50 people selling $4M to 3,000 accounts.
